Come and experience our freshly made European Sausages, Meats, and Sweets. Get the best smoked German and Swiss meats and cheeses on the Emerald Coast. Chef Max offers bratwurst, knackwurst, weisswurst, liverwurst (coarse and fine), kielbasa, all the schnitzels as well as breads, cheese and cakes. All of our meats are USDA approved organic.
Swiss Master Chef Max Zuellig has a 35-year culinary and butcher experience. Master Chef Max has a 4-year culinary chef school training in the French-Swiss town, Montreux, on the Lake of Geneve, Switzerland.
He worked as a contract chef throughout Europe and Asia for 5 Star Hotels and Cruise Ships.
Chef Max has cooked State and Thanksgiving Dinners for former Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton.
Master Chef Max is also an Old World (European) Sausage maker.
